Sony doesn't put any restriction on what a developer does network wise, for the xbox everything has to go through the microsoft live thing, that is what killed champion online for the 360 since payment would have gone through microsoft who would have taken a cut of it and i think there was some bandwith worry thing.

Kingdom Come was great even though I never read any DC title other than Batman or Vertigo stuff. I used to have a man crush on Alex Ross back in the day.
